Our 2yr old AO Smith 40 gallon hot water heater started leaking at the pressure release valve. Thankfully it was under warranty and Ibis Plumbing stepped in and delivered and installed a new replacement. $700 even though high, was less than going new at $1000. The replacement heater after a week or so leaked around the expansion tank fitting but not really bad. Ibis came out and tightened the fittings and all appears to be fine now. Skylar was great and so was Lane. I would recommend Ibis Plumbing 👍

I cannot praise this company enough. Their communication style is excellent and they never leave you guessing as to arrival, scope of work, etc. They even follow up afterwards! We have used Ibis for various projects at a few of our homes here and they have always gone over and above to solve whatever plumbing issue we had. Ibis is simply the best plumbing company in SW Florida.
